In addition to litigation, he regularly provides advice and out-of-court opinions on matters within his area of expertise, assisting companies and individuals in the drafting and interpretation of contracts, the preventive analysis of legal risks, and the preparation of strategies for the proper management of commercial relationships and the prevention of litigation.
