Head of the Legal Department of FPC ITALIA S.p.A. – an engineering company active in the construction and infrastructure sector, part of the VINCI Group – since 2008, with assistance in ordinary corporate activities, contracts in the field of public and private procurement and management of national and international litigation.

Acknowledged expert thanks to his consolidated and specialized experience in the fields of Real Estate, Public Infrastructures, Network Infrastructures and Integrated Services for Electronic Communications, Renewable Energy Sources and Retail, he offers his advice mainly within the framework of real estate development transactions, public and private procurement, commercial contracts, corporate law and development of sales networks.

He also provides assistance in the context of corporate crisis management, both in the extrajudicial phase (identification of crisis indicators and possible solutions) and in the judicial phase (negotiation, proposal and management of specific insolvency proceedings).

He joins the extrajudicial and judicial consultancy in the aforesaid matters and industrial sectors with corporate compliance activities, with specific expertise within Legislative Decree 231/2001. In addition to his acknowledged expertise in preparing, adapting and implementing Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, he is a Member of more than 30 Supervisory Bodies set up under Legislative Decree 231/2001.

His activity is mainly divided between energy, gas and utilities markets and public contracts, in judicial and extrajudicial settlements.

Acknowledged expert thanks to his consolidated and specialized experience in the fields of Energy and Gas, he offers his advice mainly to thermoelectric operators in their relationships with the TSO (Transmission System Operator), the Transporter and ARERA, the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment. He also provides advice in renewable energy markets, both in relation to the authorization procedures and in relationships with the GSE (Electricity Services Operator).

In the area of public contracts, he advises both private operators and contracting authorities in the bidding procedures mainly concerning supply (especially in the healthcare sector), services (such as strategic advice, treasury and cash and social welfare services) and works relating to energy, road infrastructures, and connected to the integrated water service. He has a specific expertise in the sector of Tower Companies, both in SRB (Base Radio Station) authorization procedures and in the aspects of management of real estate areas characterized by the presence of elevation infrastructures.

He provides assistance in the authorization procedures and construction of strategic infrastructures of national importance, management of the integrated water service, local public transport, waste management, construction, and local authority taxes.

In the above-mentioned areas, he has been appointed in several mandates also from Public administrations and public companies, both judicial and extrajudicial, and he carries out supporting activities to the RUP (Project Manager) on public contracts, city planning and construction, matters on which he holds training courses to officials of public entities.

Author of publications on administrative law, he is a member of Società Italiana degli Avvocati Amministrativisti (Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers) and Società Lombarda degli Avvocati Amministrativisti (Lombardy Society of Administrative Lawyers). He has received acknowledgements from industry directories.

He undertook his professional training at Gaetano Pecorella Law Firm, where he practiced for a decade, and then collaborated for two years with Giuseppe Iannaccone Law Firm in Milan.

Criminal defense attorney, authorized to practice before the higher courts, with a specific expertise in the field of environmental and workplace safety criminal law, as well as in areas of corporate criminal law (corporate, financial, bankruptcy, tax, intellectual property crimes), in property offences matters, in offences arising from professional liability for medical negligence and in crimes of opinion.

The professional activity is carried out in both judicial and non-judicial settlements, providing advice and support at all stages of criminal proceedings, as well as in the preliminary stage.

Over the years, he acquired significant consultancy expertise in the preparation of Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 in several private and public companies.

He gained experience in assistance on regulatory compliance in the area of Workplace Safety, Environmental Protection, Anti-corruption and Privacy Protection.
