Alberto Crivelli, founding partner of AMTF and head of the M&A and NPLdepartments, also coordinates the Corporate & Commercial and Litigation.
His specialization includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), assisting investment funds in every phase of equity transactions, asset deals, and venture capital. He handles the drafting of LOIs/MOUs, due diligence, and contract negotiation through to closing.
His practice extends to corporate and contract law, advising companies in the construction, insurance, and services sectors, and handling the drafting of commercial contracts and debt restructuring transactions. Crivelli is also active in litigation, with expertise in corporate, commercial, and real estate disputes before Italian courts.
In real estate law, he negotiates and drafts sale, rental, and leasing agreements, and assists funds in the acquisition of assets and the management of NPL portfolios. He also advises families on generational transfers and inheritance disputes.
He has been a speaker at various conferences on topics such as crowdfunding and the development of sports clubs at corporate level, and has written numerous articles on topics related to companies, franchising, and business goodwill protection. For six years, he headed the Italian branch of a French listed company with 14,000 employees in Italy.
