The profile
Attorney Gargiulo provides consulting and assistance in the areas of trademarks, patents, design, know-how, domains, and copyright, as well as in the world of media and creativity, old and new technologies (following several important projects focused on NFTs and generative artificial intelligence), and food law. She represents Iab Italia at the Agcom technical table dedicated to the regulation of influencer marketing. Previously, he worked with the Milalegal law firm and the Hfg law firm in Shanghai.
