DC Advisory and AMTF Avvocati assistedthe shareholders ofIdea Real Estate – IdeaRe, a company active in the creation and supply of IT systems, projects, and services for the management of real estate assets of public entities and private individuals, in the sale of a majority stake in the company toRina Prime Value Services, a company active in the valuation and certification market. A minority stake will remain with two of IdeaRe's current shareholders, IDS & Unitelm and Paolo Vari.
This operation represents a fundamental step for Rina Prime Value Services in its entry into the world of so-called "proptech," with the aim of promoting the integrated and digital management of asset, property, and facility management services in the real estate sector.
