It divides its activities mainly between the Energy and Gas markets.Energy and Gas, public contracts, and telecommunications infrastructure, both in and out of court.
Recognized for its established expertise in the energy and gas sectors, with particular regard to traditional sources, it assists some of the leading national electricity producers in the management of their thermoelectric power plants, in managing relations with the TSO (with particular regard to the capacity market and ordinary settlement) and with ARERA in relation to the regulation of wholesale energy and gas markets. He assists smaller thermoelectric companies (IEM) in their relations with the Energy and Environmental Services Fund and ARERA. He also provides advice on renewable energy markets, both in relation to authorization procedures and in relations with the GSE.
In public procurement, he assists both private operators and contracting authorities, with particular regard to tender procedures for supplies (especially in diagnostics and pharmaceuticals), services, and works relating to energy and road infrastructure and integrated water services. He has specific expertise in the Tower Companies sector, both in SRB authorization procedures and in aspects relating to the management of real estate areas affected by the presence of telecommunications infrastructure. He assists public service operators in their relations with administrations in the quantification of the CUP, having contributed to a number of innovative rulings on the subject.
Provides advice and assistance on construction and local government taxes.
He mainly assists industrial operators and utilities. He has been entrusted with numerous assignments by central purchasing bodies and public companies, both judicial and extrajudicial, provides support to the RUP (single point of contact), and holds training courses for officials of public bodies.
Author of publications on administrative law, he is a member of the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers and the Lombardy Society of Administrative Lawyers. He has received recognition from industry directories.
