Simona Bruno, senior associate in the administrative law department ,, has gained extensive experience in this field, providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance mainly with regard to the energy and gas markets, public procurement procedures, procedures for the disbursement of public funds, as well as telecommunications infrastructure, with particular regard to authorization procedures for radio base stations and the management of real estate areas affected by such infrastructure.
It supports individuals and legal entities, including public administrations and companies, also providing assistance to RUPs (single project managers) in matters relating to public contracts, urban planning, and construction.
His consulting services also extend to local government taxation, urban planning, construction, and administrative and accounting liability.
Simona Bruno graduated in Law from Luigi Bocconi University with a thesis on administrative law. In addition to her academic training, consolidated by her role as a subject expert in administrative justice at the University of Milan, she completed an internship at the Lombardy Regional Administrative Court in Milan and gained professional experience in law firms specializing in administrative law.
He is a member of the Lombardy Society of Administrative Lawyers.
