Piercarlo Antonelli is a partner and head of the Labor and Industrial Relations at AMTF Avvocati.

He assists and supports his clients in assessing the labor law implications of extraordinary transactions, corporate restructuring and reorganization (individual and collective dismissals), relocation and outsourcing (including the use of social safety nets, layoffs, mobility, union agreements, and collective dismissals); in the construction and organization of commercial networks; in proceedings and the application of disciplinary sanctions, assignment of new duties, transfers; in the negotiation and drafting of individual employment contracts, quasi-subordinate and self-employed contracts, company and union agreements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, and agreements relating to intellectual property developed in the context of the employment relationship, in the preparation of incentive plans, stock options, stock grants, etc. In the judicial sphere, his activities range from the assessment and management of the pre-litigation phase to legal assistance in all disputes relating to or connected with employment, self-employment, and quasi-subordinate employment relationships.

In the field of labor law and industrial relations, he mainly assists large Italian and foreign groups, small and medium-sized companies, and high-profile executives and managers, providing various forms of legal advice and assistance.

Author of publications on labor law, he is an active member of AGI – Associazione Avvocati Giuslavoristici (Association of Labor Lawyers) and EELA – European Employment Lawyer Association.
