In addition to these activities, he has been providing ongoing expertise in corporate compliance for several years, in particular, Data Protection and Privacy Law, AML and Legislative Decree 231/2001, assisting companies in the latter area in the development, adaptation, and implementation of Organizational, Management, and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as in training and auditing activities.
He is recognized for his extensive experience in the real estate and retail sectors, infrastructure, network infrastructure and integrated services for electronic communications, and renewable energy sources.
He is Head of the Legal Department at FPC Italia S.p.A. – an engineering company part of the VINCI Group – where he provides assistance in all ordinary corporate activities, in contracts in the construction and infrastructure sector, and in the management of national and international litigation.
In the Tower Companies, Renewable Energy, and Real Estate sectors, he has specific expertise in aspects related to the required development and, in particular, in contracts for the management of real estate areas under development.
Throughout his career, he has developed an integrated approach that combines technical and managerial skills, gaining extensive experience in coordinating complex legal activities for national and international industrial and infrastructure groups.
His international training, with experience at Telecom Italia S.p.A. – Public and Economic Affairs Department, Brussels – and Lawrence Graham LLP, London, has enabled him to consolidate an international perspective on corporate law and cross-border contracts.
He assists Italian and foreign companies operating in the construction, infrastructure, energy, retail, and real estate sectors, as well as investment funds and institutions.
Author of monographs and publications on anti-money laundering, the legal profession, and compliance, he is a member of the Association of Supervisory Body Members pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and of over 40 Supervisory Bodies of leading industrial companies, listed companies, and multinationals.
He regularly participates in conferences and seminars dedicated to the topics of administrative liability of entities and corporate governance and is also a speaker in advanced training courses in the field of corporate compliance.
