After gaining solid experience in both judicial and extrajudicial matters in the field of corporate criminal law—providing assistance to individuals and legal entities—he gradually shifted his focus to the field of corporate compliance.
He specializes in the criminal and administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, an area in which he assists companies operating in various industrial sectors—including energy, cyberstorage, insurance, metalworking, automotive, transportation, and logistics, as well as parapharmaceuticals—in the implementation of Organization, Management, and Control Models, offering assistance from the preliminary stages of risk assessment. Thanks to his experience in criminal law and academic training in corporate law and personal data protection—having earned a Master's degree in Business Law from the 24Ore Business School and a Master's degree in Data Protection from Wolters Kluwer—he takes a multidisciplinary approach to compliance, offering integrated and cross-functional consulting services tailored to corporate needs.
During his career, he has also developed specific expertise in privacy and personal data protection, assisting Data Controllers in adopting organizational measures and internal protocols aimed at ensuring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Privacy Code.
