Since October 2024, he has been responsible for the departments of Intellectual Property and Advertising at AMTF Avvocati, the two areas in which he chose to specialize at the beginning of his career, thus gaining consolidated experience in both extrajudicial and judicial matters. He also coordinates, with the Compliancedepartment, he coordinates the activities of the department dedicated to Artificial Intelligence.

Mr. Gargiulo deals with the enhancement, defense, and management of trademarks, patents, domain names, designs, packaging and points of sale, know-how and trade secrets, copyrights, geographical indications, "made in" and designations of origin, as well as technologies, with a focus on artificial intelligence. He has gained specific expertise in these areas, including with regard to the Chinese market, where he worked for a period at a leading law firm in Shanghai.

He also provides strategic advice to online businesses on managing consumer relations, protecting brand reputation, evaluating creative ideas and advertising campaigns (e.g., green claims, sustainability, ambush marketing), and drafting and negotiating key contracts in the media, advertising, and entertainment sectors.

It also specializes in regulations governing competitions and prize promotions, labeling, and advertising of agri-food products, wine, beverages, and related products.

For several years now, he has been providing ongoing assistance to some of the biggest players in the world of communication: media centers, creative agencies, management agencies, talent agencies, content creators, and internationally renowned influencers.

He follows professionals, start-ups, companies, and industrial groups operating in the media and advertising, fashion, food & beverage, technology, design, e-commerce, digital services, and communication sectors. He collaborates with several incubators and acceleration programs for start-ups to help them get the most out of their assets.

In 2024, she was named one of the 100 leading experts in the Influence Economy at the INDA100 event. She was a member of the AGCOM working group on influencer marketing, which worked on drafting the Guidelines and Code of Conduct for influencers. She is also vice-president of the Scientific Committee of Assoinfluencer and is listed as an intellectual property expert by the Turin Chamber of Commerce. She regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and lectures on intellectual property, food, advertising, and artificial intelligence at renowned institutions such as Bocconi University, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, IED Rome, and IAB Italia. She is the author of numerous publications in her areas of expertise and is a member of LES.

He is a member of the INTA committee dedicated to IP Commercialization with a mandate for 2026/2027.
