Andrea Perrotta is an Associate at AMTF Avvocati, within the Compliance 231.
He has gained significant experience both in criminal litigation (corporate crime – crimes against the public administration, property, and the environment) and in out-of-court consulting on the criminal and administrative liability of entities.
At AMTF Avvocati, his consulting activities are aimed at companies operating in a wide range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, environment, transport, and shipbuilding, with a particular focus on the drafting of Risk Assessments, Organizational Models, Management and Control Models (MOG 231), internal audits, and whistleblowing pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023. He also collaborates with the Supervisory Bodies (OdV) of S.r.l. and S.p.a.
Assists both individuals and legal entities in matters related to his areas of expertise.
He graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Pavia with a thesis in criminal law and is currently pursuing a PhD there. He is also an examiner at the Department of Law at the University of Pavia.
