Paglieri S.p.A., a historic Alessandria-based company and leader in the personal, fabric, and home care sector with unique expertise in perfumery, has announced the completion of the purchase of treasury shares previously held by Barbara Paglieri.
With the purchase of the shares held by Barbara Paglieri, the group also announced its new governance structure. The Board of Directors now consists of CEOs Debora Paglieri, Fabio Rossello, and Lodovico Paglieri, with Ginevra Rossello Paglieri as Director, while Aldo Paglieri is Non-Executive Chairman.The company was assisted in the transaction by Studio Zaio in Alessandria with Dr. Alberto Zaio and by Studio Legale Pavesio e Associati with Negri Clementi with senior partner Carlo Pavesio and partners Andrea Cristaudi and Patrizia Serasso and associate Federico Riganti.
AMTF Avvocati assisted Barbara Paglieri in the sale of shares with partner Alberto Crivelli and senior associate Nicolas Parati.
