San Donato Group takes over a building in Prada Foundation area

The San Donato Group acquires a building in the Fondazione Prada Milano Lombardia area, Milano Lombardia Legal Chronicle June 26, 2019 Paolo Bossi Legance – Avvocati Associati and GVA Redilco assisted the San Donato Group, while AMTF Avvocati and CBA assisted Coface. The San Donato Group acquired an eleven-story building in Milan from Coface – Compagnie Francaise d'Assurance pour le Commerce Exterieur S.A. The property is located in the Fondazione Prada area. The property is located in the southern part of the city, which, thanks to ongoing redevelopment projects, is seeing a steady increase in demand for office space. Coface S.A., one of the world leaders in credit insurance, sold the stand-alone asset built in the early 2000s.
