Davide Arduini, founder and chairman of the agency as well as president of UNA, and CEO Andrea Cimenti remain within the corporate group as investors and partners, together with Gruppo SAE S.p.A., in Different's parent company, SAE Communication s.r.l. Different is a communications company focused on strengthening brands by supporting them in defining their objectives.
The SAE Group's in-house team that oversaw the transaction consisted of Marco Racano and Massimo Briolini. EY's legal and tax firm acted with a multidisciplinary team composed of partner Christian Busca, senior manager Erjena Agaraj, and senior Luigi Gazzaneo for legal and contractual aspects.
