Arkios Italy—with partner Deborah Setola (pictured) and senior analyst Andrea Sperati—assisted Methodos Group, active in the advisory and change management platforms market, in the sale to Digital360, an SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan, of 51% of the shares of Methodos and Accompany (through the acquisition of 100% of the holding company Methodos Group) and in the sale of 51% of Digital Attitude (of which approximately 28% was acquired indirectly through Methodos Group and the remaining approximately 23% directly from other selling shareholders).
