Amtf Avvocati assisted Vas in the sale to Tolo Energia, wholly owned by the listed company K.R.Energy, of its minority stake – equal to 49.02% of the share capital of Murge Green Power – with closing expected in October 2018.
Amtf acted with a team composed of founding partners Michele Gioffrè and Tommaso Ferrario (pictured), assisted by Senior Associate Leda Di Pietro and Associate Gaetano Faconda.
The transaction is part of K.R. Energy's program to divest its renewable energy assets, according to a statement.
