AMTF with Ei Towers to acquire Gervasoni's radio towers

AMTF Avvocati, with partners Alberto Crivelli, Michele Gioffrè, and Tommaso Ferrario, and associates Ugo Attisani and Valeria Pesce, assisted Ei Towers Radio, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ei Towers, in the analysis and acquisition of the Bergamo-based company Gervasoni and its assets, consisting of over one hundred radio signal transmission towers.

The transaction is aimed at expanding the business of the well-known TLC infrastructure group in the radio sector with the newly formed Ei Towers Radio company.
