AMTF Avvocati has been selected by Xebec Adsorption, a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed company and global provider of gas generation, purification, and filtration solutions, as its lead law firm in Italy. AMTF Avvocati supports the Italian company with a team led by partners Alberto Crivelli, in relation to the negotiation of contracts for the construction of biogas plants, and Michele Gioffrè for all aspects of corporate law, and associates Giuseppe Rizzo and Giusy Cadinale. The relationship between AMTF and the Italian branch of Xebec Adsorption has already lasted for over two years and has been further consolidated through this agreement.
