AMTF Avvocati, with a team led by partnerAlberto Crivelli, assistedby senior associateNicolas Paratiandassociate Valeria Albi, advisedMethodos, a leader in the advisory and change management platform market, on the sale to Digital360 – an innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market – of 51% of the shares of Methodos S.p.A. and Accompany S.r.l. (through the acquisition of 100% of the holding company Methodos Group S.p.A.) and in the sale of 51% of the company Digital Attitude S.r.l. (of which approximately 28% was acquired indirectly through Methodos Group S.p.A. and the remaining approximately 23% directly from other selling shareholders).

The group was assisted in labor law matters by AMTF partnerPiercarlo Antonelli.

For the financial aspects, the sellers were assisted byDeborah Setola andAndrea Speratiof Arkios, and for the tax aspects by Dr. Saverio Lasagni.
