The Intellectual Property and Advertising department ofAMTF Avvocati assistedVIEFFE S.r.l. and Valentina Ferragni instructuring and launching "Storie oltre le Stories" (Stories beyond Stories), the new podcast hosted by Valentina Ferragni herself, which gives voice to the personal and professional journeys of well-known figures and influencers beyond the glossy narrative of social media, focusing on authenticity, discussion, and inspiration.
The firm, which assists VIEFFE on an ongoing basis, handled all legal aspects related to the conception, implementation, and dissemination of the project, with a particular focus on prior art searches and protection of the podcast title, as well as the drafting and negotiation of contracts with the producer and sponsors. It also managed the collection of releases for the use of participants' image rights.
